its suggested that you don't brush synthetic wigs however i brush my wig when i first get then as to matt the shine! this makes the hair look more natural and less plastic looking.
I'm a fan of the tousled boho style or afro wigs so so the more matted they look the better but if you are going for a neater look don't brush and always use a wide tooth comb.
when the ends of your wig get matted in dry if the wig is long enough you can chop off the ends and it will last a few more weeks but when its so dry it looks like birds are living in it chuck it in the trash!!!!!
don't be afraid to customize your wigs cut in bangs and add layers.
