i love love love the 70's and i'm soo happy its making a comeback this season! this not a themey as you would imagine it's very grown up chic with a palette of buttery colours (lots of cream, minks, yellow)
flares and wide leg trousers are back in a big was as are capes! and clogs!
*for us short girls get a good tailor or head to the peteite section in stores! (this is not a great season for the shorties!) high waisted! wide leg trouser are key to the trend.
*if your are short try culottes with heels!
*fabrics to look out for are heavy wools, silk, and satins.
*the colours to check out are beige, mink, mustard and coral
*it's all about being ladylike and buttoned up this season button your shirt up to the neck and throw on a vintage scarf!
*don't for get your bug eyed sunnies
*foot wear should be chunky! think clogs and platforms
*this is a great work look! throw in a pair of highwaisted jeans or a denim a line skirt for the dressed down look
*keep hold of your summer leather shorts, jumpsuites and maxi dresses
